Hey EE, what's your take on the Eller line so far?
They have a pretty bad combined +/- right now but I found that line to be creating good chances (well sometimes..). Is their lack of success mostly bad luck right now?

I guess that even if Eller's play doesn't improve much, they won't move Galchenyuk from Plekanec's wing anytime soon.

Do you think it could be a good time to try to get Yakupov from the oilers?

They are looking for a center.

Playing Galchenyuk at center with Yakupov on his wing would be incredible.

I doubt the Oilers want Eller.

Eller's the only center I'd trade right now.

Great Blog EE.

I have to agree with you. I was at the game Saturday and have to say that The Plecky-Galchenyuk-Parenteau line was the most exciting one to watch out there. They seem like the first line, not taking anything away from Patches-Desharnais and Gallagher...but Plekaneks line just creates more.

I think this is the year for Galchenyuk to break out.

I would take Yakupov any day of the week over Plekanec.

But I respect your opinion.

I would like to see him play in a different environment.

I don't think he is a bust.
